To request an appointment, please call our office at 905-463-2069 or send a message on this page.
Administrative Hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.
Clinician hours vary.
We welcome inquiries from individuals seeking help for themselves or their children. We look forward to hearing from you.
Physician Referrals
We welcome referrals from family physicians, psychiatrists and other health professionals. Please fax your referrals to our office at 905-463-2070.
Urgent Concerns
Please note that we normally provide a response to your initial inquiry within 2 – 3 business days. We are not able to offer urgent or crisis care. If you are in crisis or need immediate help please go to the nearest emergency department or contact one of the service providers listed below:

Parking
Several options for parking are available:
- Parking is available on Main, Queen and John Streets (free weekdays after 6 p.m. and on weekends).
- Parking garages closest to our office are the John Street parking garage and the City Hall parking garage.
