Self Referrals
We welcome inquiries from individuals seeking help for themselves or their children. To request an appointment, please call our office or send a message on this page. Please note that we normally provide a response to your initial inquiry within 2 – 3 business days.
Administrative Hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.
Clinician hours vary.
Physician Referrals
We welcome referrals from family physicians, psychiatrists and other health professionals. Please fax your referrals to our office at 905-463-2070.
